Registration is annual and must be renewed during the designated periods for each academic year.
Doctoral students who defend their thesis between September and December of an academic year (n/n+1) are covered by their registration from the previous year (n-1/n). Therefore, re-registration is not necessary.
Re-enrollment
For re-registration in the 2nd year, 3rd year, and beyond, the request must be submitted in ADUM from June 1, 2024, including when the initial registration in the 1st year was delayed.
Re-registration requests are reviewed by the SDOSE ED Council according to the schedule indicated in the table below.
Following the relevant Councils, the doctoral student must promptly complete their registration procedures.
Doctoral students who are not regularly re-registered before December 31 will be considered as having withdrawn.

Each re-enrolment is subject to the approval of the Individual Monitoring Committee (IMC).
