1. Find a thesis supervisor and obtain their agreement.
2. Documents to gather before creating your profile on the ADUM platform:
- Cover letter
- Letter from the thesis supervisor
- Resume
- Thesis project
- ID
- Master's degree diploma and transcripts (for ongoing M2, the grades available to the candidate)
- Proof of thesis funding or evidence of a funding request (except for applications to the doctoral contracts of ED SDOSE)
3. Pre-register online via the ADUM platform

4. Complete the online application, then submit the required documents in ONE SINGLE PDF in the order indicated in step 2.
5. Click on finalize.
6. You will receive a confirmation email once your application has been sent.
7. Once your application is validated by the doctoral school council, you will receive an email informing you of the result. No information will be provided by phone.
